Yesterday afternoon the Fifth Circuit denied the civil rights lawsuit in Willie Pondexter’s case. Mr. Pondexter is scheduled to be executed by the State of Texas on March 3, 2009. Please go to the following links and post positive comments in support of clemency for Willie Pondexter:
