TCADP Annual Awards

It is that time again!  TCADP is currently accepting nominations for the annual Courage, Appreciation and Media Awards to recognize those people and organizations who have made significant and sacrificial contributions to abolishing the death penalty in Texas.  The Award Winners will be recognized at the TCADP Annual Conference to be held February 18, 2012 in San Antonio at the University of Incarnate Word Sky Room.  Learn More about the TCADP Annual Conference.

Incomplete nominations cannot be accepted, so be sure to follow the outline provided.  The deadline for nominations is October 15, 2011.

Nominations will only be accepted by TCADP Members.  Read about last year’s winners for examples.

2011-2012 TCADP Award Nomination

One Courage Award, two Appreciation Awards, and one Media Award may be presented. Nominations will be accepted from any member of TCADP for each of the awards.
  • Please include the mailing address of the person you are nominating so if selected a notification letter and invitation to the conference can be mailed.
  • Please be specific about the act(s) that justify the nomination. Information from this section will be used in the conference program and on the award certificate.
