Randall County Seeks Death Penalty In Double Murder
A man accused of a double murder could face the death chamber.
The Randall County District Attorney told NewscChannel 10 Wednesday he
plans to seek the death penalty for Wilbert Ramon Banks.
Banks was indicted last month for capital murder and aggravated assault
for allegedly shooting Daniel Brittain and Stephanie Beard to death in
April.
It happened at a home on Westhaven Street. Police believe it was a
domestic issue that turned deadly.
