Skinner Attorneys File Reprieve Letter

From the StandDown Texas Project:

Attorneys representing Hank Skinner have formally asked Governor Rick Perry to issue a 30-day reprieve of Skinner’s March 24 execution date and to order DNA testing in the case. You can view the letter and the appendices, which contain supporting documentation.

Thanks to Steve Hall for posting these documents online. Please continue to contact the Board of Pardons and Paroles and Governor Perry, urging them to grant clemency to Hank Skinner. 1. Did Ricf Perry or the SC rule yet? I have made so many calls my head is spinning. I even tried to get the Dr. Phil show inviolved, hoping he being from Tx, would want not only to see this miscarriage of justice reversed, but would jump on a ratings boost. For whatever reason, as long as Hank is spared. I have not received a letter from him in some time, I keep writing and hope he is getting my letters. I hear he is growing weary of this fight, so please do all you can and send him a letter of encouragement. Thanks!
